I purchased for a cartilage piercing. The posts are NOT EVEN CLOSE to long enough to get fastened in a cartilage piercing. I also tried in a lobe piercing, still too short. I'm sad because I was very excited about the flat back

I really loved the design of the separate metal balls surrounding the opal stone, and waited for it to be restocked before ordering 2 to wear as a pair. There are 9 balls surrounding the stone in the featured photos and under "How we styled this" section and the earrings I received had a larger stone that protrudes from the base, and 12 smaller balls around the opal, making the opal more prominent. It's a beautiful design, but it's not what I wanted, so I'm returning for store credit to get a different pair. TiniLux, please update the featured photos with the current design, so other customers won't have the same experience as I did. Oh, and please make some flat back studs with shorter posts for customers who have smaller/thinner lobes.

I bought two and have tried to wear off and on for months, thinking I was the problem. I wish I had returned them right away. They tore up my ears going in and taking out. Very difficult to screw in and take out. Post is thick, so only went in one of my holes. Post is also long, so it stuck out of my earlobe a bit. On one the threading was messed up (very hard to unscrew even out of my ear and in my hand) and I just threw it in the trash. The earring is cute but I would never recommend this to anyone.

I clearly didn't read the fine print very well. I thought I was ordering a pair of stud earrings that I could wear in my newly re-pierced ears. But this is just one earring, and seems to be better suited for higher up on the lobe than what I was picturing. Even though I watched the videos on how to insert the flat-backed post, I seem to be unable to actually do it. I'm disappointed, since I thought these were so cute! And I'm discouraged that if I return this, I don't get a full refund since there's a restocking fee. I recognize this is due to my mistake--should have read the description better!

I love the opal color but I haven’t been able to wear it because the back is too large. It’s too bad. Maybe you could come up with a different type of backing.
